Question Postfix as a network mail server.

I just got assigned a project that I am not familiar with. There are 8 workstations in the network plus one that is a dedicated mailserver, I want to set up the mailserver using Postfix and Dovecot. It should receive mail from outside the network and store it via Dovecot until retrieve by one of the other PC's on the network.

Now, I want to configure the other PCs to send any mail, CRON messages, etc. to the central Postfix server. However, they should not be able to receive any mail from outside of their own IP. I will be having Postfix installed on the workstations.

I am not sure of how to configure this thing. The boss does not want to hire a consultant so I am stuck with it. I can use any help available.
