Postfix and Transport.cf

HI

I need to forward mail from postfix (Linux Server ) to (windows server) with and ip address.

I now u can use transport.cf, but now luck.

/etc/postfix/transport
Transport.cf

domian.co.ca :192.168.0.1

Help please.
