port number from sockfd


Hi All,
in my server, I have a sockfd , is there anyway to find out ,to which port the client has connected , using this sockfd?

Whichever port the socket is bound to of course (ie whichever it's listening on).

I just have the sockfd. I have to do some processing on a different thread which knows only the sockfd.
