POP3 problems

I have a Red Hat 8 box running IPOP3S. On this box this is an /etc/xinetd.d/ipop3s config file. There is also an /etc/xinetd.d/ipop3 config file. Both of these config files reference /usr/sbin/ipop3d. This system works great.

I have another Red Hat 9 box. There are no ipop config files in /etc/xinetd.d. Also there is no /usr/sbin/ipop3d file. I assumed I need to install some package but I can't figure out which one I need.

Where am I going wrong here?
