POP3 noob, wants to use MUTT

Ok, I'v never used A pop3 email account before so when a freind told me he could hook me up with a really nice one I decided to tell him to wait on it. (so i could go and get a free account to practice on)

I went to hotpop.com and got an account there, I would like to use MUTT to retreive my mail. (everything here is assuming my address is EXAMPLE@..., of course it isnt, but im not going to post my real acc & password)

heres hotpop's stats that it says I'll need to setup a client.
# Incoming/POP Server: pop.hotpop.com, port 110
# Alternate POP Server: pop.hotpop.com, port 1100
# Username: EXAMPLE@HotPOP.com
# Outgoing/SMTP Server: smtp.hotpop.com, port 25*
# Email Address: EXAMPLE@HotPOP.com
# Password: EXAMPLE

here's the official mutt manual (in case you haven't already checked-it-out):

To use pop, use fetchmail to retreive your mail. Then you can use mutt to read it.

man fetchmail for more info
