Smile pnp to png or jpg


i downloaded some wall paper from kde-look.org and they are in a pnp format. my background doesnt recognize it. what i would like to do is convert all of my pnp files to either png or jpg is there a easy way to convert a whole directory using the command line.

thanks for any input

try the "convert" command line tool which is part of ImageMagick
