plugins Problem

I have one problem in my mozilla web browser. when i open youtube.com. i am not able to view videos . some plug ins problem . it shows get lastest abobe flash player. pls help me i dont know how to install.

If there is no flash player you wont be able to watch the youtube videos. If they are missing, firefox itself will ask you to install from the list. If it is not available then download it from the adobe site.
