I have successfully installed fedora 14 in my external drive which is 400gb... This is the first time i have installed fedora...

After i rebooted the system the swapping screen came... which said

Select the operating system...
Fedora
Windows

When i entered fedora, there was no problem... But when i entered windows, the windows drive didnt booted.. Just a blank black screen came...

Friends i need ur help to solve this problem.. I cannot reinstall windows coz there are many files which cannot be deleted.... Please please please i need ur help

I have a dell d600 version laptop.. with 2gb ram... Installed with windows xp2.....

How did you set up your bootloader? Sounds to me like Windows is either not being found, or grub can not find the windows partition. Can you post the outputs of "fdisk -l" and "cat /boot/grub/grub.conf"?
