please help with update...


im really getting sick of this crap...im dead tired..its 4am...
i have mandrake9.1 and whenever i try to compile a program i have it tells me to download FILE AFTER FILE AFTER FILE. the files it tells me to download also need other files that i have to get to work. Sometimes those other files even need more files. If im lucky i can find all 1 million of them..anyways...

IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN DOWNLOAD A DEVLOPMENT PACKAGE? so i dont have to download crap when i try to compile something. And get constant errors. I dont want to upgrade to mandrake10.1 i just want to downloaded a DEV update or something...please help..i been trying to figure this out for over 18 hours now.off and on..

Configure urpmi sources using the instructions from easyurpmi. To install software it'll be as simple as "urpmi packagename" as root or go to the Mandrake Control Center software installation module. Urpmi automatically resolves dependencies so you don't need to download all those packages individually, it does everything for you.
