please help!my mouse is not moving!


today i started my PC and logined in as usual, but i could not move the mouse anymore, it just stopped there without any movement. however i can use the keyboard....!i have changed the mouse form usb port to ps/2 port, but the problem is still there!
please give me some suggestions or point out the issues.
thanks a lot!
btw: i am using redhat 9.0!

could you post your /etc/X11/XF86Config-4

sorry,i colud not find XF86Config-4, but XF86Config. are they same?
