Question yum update error "Error importing repomd.xml for extras: Damaged repomd.xml file"


Im trying to update my centos but there is an error.

# yum update
base | 3.5 kB 00:00
http://mirror.pregi.net/pub/Linux/Ce...ta/repomd.xml: [Errno -1] Error importing repomd.xml for base: Damaged repomd.xml file
Trying other mirror.
base | 1.1 kB 00:00

And every time I use yum to install a software there is an error.

Hi,

there seem to be problems with the files being served up by those mirrors. Have you tried using different mirrors? Alternatively, if they are not providing packages that you need you can remove them.

Hello Evo,

the error is No more mirrors to try. where should i try different mirrors? all of the software I install that is the error. I will screenshot later the error on my Repo.
