Hi guys... i'm a complete n00b using Linux so go easy on me....

What the hell does

SetVolume = 0

mean?

(taken from wvdial configuration)

I think it refers to the volume the modem speaker should be set at?

Would I be correct in saying that SetVolume = 0 turns the volume off?

(I know that this sounds like a DUH! question... but I need to know definitely
