playing .mov
 
is there a program in Fedora 7 that can play a .mov file? if not, do you know where I can get one?

MPlayer should be able to play .mov.

It tells me I need a plugin for Quicktime. Whats the command for it?

What tells you that? Is it firefox?

You can use Xine based players such as Kaffeine, gxine and totem-xine. You can also use mplayer and vlc to play mov files. If you use xine and mplayer, you need to install their browser plugins if you need to access mov files via a web browser.
