I am new with pktgen tool.I download this tool from the following link

net-next v2.6.38-rc8 (14/03/2012) (include all patches except configuration packet.)

and extract package from this. After i execute the make file which are come with the package. After this i am able to get pktgen.ko file which i loaded into the kernel module.

now i have a directory in the /proc/net/
named pkegen.Into this directory i have four files

total 0
dr-xr-xr-x 2 root root 0 2011-11-16 11:10 .
dr-xr-xr-x 7 root root 0 2011-11-16 11:15 ..
-rw------- 1 root root 0 2011-11-16 15:50 kpktgend_0
-rw------- 1 root root 0 2011-11-16 15:50 kpktgend_1
-rw------- 1 root root 0 2011-11-16 15:50 pgctrl
-rw------- 1 root root 0 2011-11-16 15:50 pgrx

Now please tell what should be my new step so that i can able to generate packect and check these packets.

First, we volunteer our time here...don't tell us to hurry up and answer you ASAP. Second, if you're in such a hurry, did you bother to try Google??? The pktgen site has examples, as do many others...that would be a good 'new step' to try first:

Everything is explained in the documentation. There were even EXAMPLES provided in the links sent. If you don't understand it, I'm not sure how else it can be explained. And you need to spell out your words.

The .c file is commented...open it, and read it.
