pkgKey 1991 doesn't exist in repo base

Greetings:

I'm running CentOS 5.3 and I'm getting the following message while using Yum-Extender in KDE. I'm trying to update the GCC (C) Program Language.

I have include all the repositories for CentOS but nothing helps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated in trying to resolve this error.

Thanks

With the help from some folks on other Linux web sites I have resolved the issue and I’m posting what “Worked For Me”. If you run into the same problem and use the commands that I used below, you might not get the same results as I did.

Yum clean metadata
Yum update gcc
