pine problem


when i try to install pine to get pico i get this error
rpm -i pine-4.58-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libcrypto.so.2 is needed by pine-4.58-1
libssl.so.2 is needed by pine-4.58-1



what am i doing wrong

You'll have to load the .so. libraries before you can load pine.

You might want to see if you can use apt-get or urpmi on your distro to solve these dependency issues in the future.
