Pimp my terminal


Hello guys.
I am looking for suggestions on what tools can I install to make the use of terminal more multitasking, faster and therefore powerfull, is there any terminal manager packager that you can recommend. I will appreciate all advices.

Probably not faster, just more flexible. I use aterm. If speed is a real issue for your tasks, drop out of X and use multiple tty's.

Thank you Everybody I am downloading xmonad right now. I'll give that a try and if I dont like it I will ask for more advices
