Pico command in Mandrake 9.1

Does anyone have an idea about 'pico' in mandrake 9.1 ..
bcz when i type pico a 'command not found' echo appears in the Xterm window .. i even tried other terminals and the same error message appears.. i'm also sure about the case of the letters..

Why doesn't it work? is it removed in this version or what?

Pico (PIne COmposer) is an editor that is part of the email program PINE. Just find that RPM from your install discs and install it.

If you just want a standalone version of pico, try the program NANO.
