PHP to control workers

Hello again everybody...
I need to do a php script that controls the hour of arrival, lunch time, back of lunch time and the exit of my workers, but I can´t find a solution...
In that script I want to put The name of the worker and the fields will be filled with the time of the system, ex.: If the worker comes 9 AM it will update automatically...
Is there anyone of you who has an script like that???

It sounds like a fairly easy php & mysql script with http auth. If that's all you want you probably only need 2 tables:
Staff
staff_id - INT (Auto)
username - Varchar
firstname - Varchar
lastname - Varchar

Days
day_id - INT (Auto)
staff_id - INT
date - date
start_day - time
start_lunch - time
end_lunch - time
end_day - time
