Quanta is good. I've started using that lately. Has lots of good features in it like; bracket matching, some debugging, completion suggestion, HTML tidy, syntax highlighting, built in CVS browser (made my life easier), and many others. Very nice tool. Should be included in RPM form on the media you got KDE from. Or you can download it from KDE.org. My favorite out of all the one's I tried so far.
Kate is good too. Some of the same features as Quanta, but not as many. Also a good tool. This is included in the KDE's RPMs.
Someone suggested bluefish, I've tried it but not enough to say I don't like it.
There is another one a lot of people use called PHPed, which is for Gnome. Eclipse has a PHP plugin for it.
Poke around on php.net for some other editors. They list a bunch on there.
