There are THOUSANDS of tutorials you can find for both PHP and HTML coding with a brief Google search. Since you don't tell us what your level of experience is now, there's not much we can tell you. Start with a Google search for "php tutorials" and/or "html tutorials", and follow along with what you find.

I've heard vaguely good things about codeacademy, but I've never dug through it too much. As TB0ne said, if you want more detailed advice, you need to provide more information.

w3schools is a good site. Learn from it.

You should also get reference manual of html from http://www.w3c.org and

php from http://www.php.net

After learning very basics you should develop capability to understand the reference manuals.

Web Search will definitely give help in difficult problems.
