Photo/Graphics & Video Editing?

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend some good freeware for photo/graphics editing (ala Adobe Photoshop) and video editing (ala Adobe Premiere)? Preferably open-source... :)

Thanks and Regards,

Edwin

I'm amazed you haven't heard of it already, but what you want is the GIMP. It'll almost certainly be installed already.

for video, try cinepaint (a fork of the Gimp) or cinerella.

and just because this is open soource, don't think they're inferior. cinepaint has been used in harry potter, scooby doo, 2 fast 2 furious and other films.

Thanks! :)

Nope, I won't think a software is inferior 'cos its open-source... in fact, i tend to respect open-source software more... :)

Edwin
