Phone Line Modem -> Phone Line Server Transfer Files

Ok heres what i need to do.

I need to have a receivable phone line server type thing on the end of something i can use in places there is no electricity and no internet ( 30 batteries are stocked up ) to transfer research files to the computer in my office ONLY.

im thinking a dialup (yay theres a phone) to dialup server at the other end (long distance out my butt).

im leaving in 3 weeks and need to FIGURE THIS OUT.

kermet and z-modem are ways to dialup transfer files.

All that old stuff is still in there I think.
