Permissions and tcadmin on centos

I am having some problems running team speak on my centos server. I have not had any problems with any similar programs. I have so far tryed running it as both tcadmin and my root user. I really don't know what to do here.

I don't really know much about setting up a teamspeak server, but have you checked to verify incoming traffic isn't blocked on ports needed by the program? Perhaps you need to modify the firewall rules...?
