Perl script to traverse a directory tree

Hi there, I am looking for a perl script to traverse a directory tree so that the script traverses each and very subdirectory of a directory structure.

Ok. Now if you post what you've written/tried, and where you're stuck, we will be glad to help you. But, this is not the place to come to get your scripts written for you, without any effort on your part.

Also, your question is vague...what do you actually want to *DO* when you traverse a tree? You don't say if you want to read it, output it, search it, delete files, etc. With no details, there's little we can help you with, aside from pointing out that Google has THOUSANDS of perl scripts that read/traverse directory trees, and perform a variety of tasks.
