Peanut linux installation woes
I just recently found myself in the possession of a Pentium 100MHz, 32Mb RAM, 850 + 512 HD's. Having only ever played with live-cd Linux distros, I wanted to install a full distro on it to play around with. I downloaded Peanut Linux 12.1 and attempted an install. But when booting the CD...
RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0
After searching the web for that error, I figured that maybe 32 megs wasn't enough RAM to create the ramdisk. Anyone know if I can fix this? If not, can you recommend a good semi-newbie distro that would run on this computer?
Thanks!
Ryan
