Peanut Linux 9.x

Need help with peanut linux, the setup was a breeze except for the networking...

I am a newbie at linux, so I may not be able to do this. I am trying to set up my linux box to connect to a win2k domain to access the Internet, I have got it so I can browse the network but I can not see the internet no matter what.

It is going through the server then to the router and then out to the Inet.

Any help setting up Peanut Linux Networking is appreciated...

Sin

Can you ping the gateway your setup ? If so, you probably forgot to add your DNS servers. Those usually need to be put in the /etc/resolv.conf file in this format:

nameserver x.x.x.x
nameserver x.x.x.x

The x's represent the IP number of course.

Let us know if that works !
