Peanut
My friend told me that Peanut looked really cool (especially with KDE) and he really wants me to get it. He also said that Peanut was only for a 64 bit processor. I don't have a 64 just yet but I will if I get good grades this semester. I tried looking up on distrowatch to read the summary to Peanut but it didn't come up. Is Peanut only for 64's? I find it hard to believe that it is only for 64 bits but oh well. Thanks for the info.
If this doesn't work out "Arch" looks promising. |
No it is not only for 64 bit. See here http://www.ibiblio.org/peanut/

Thank you.

& i'm not aware that it is only for 64 bit processors. I have an older =version on another box that is definitely 32. and i'll agree it's the most visually interesting distros upon installation (w/ kde or enlightenment either one) |
OK thanks. I'm downloading right now, I got a bit excitied and downloaded Arch .7 though. Should I delete them, let them sit, burn them, etc..?
I'll probably just let them sit for now. I'll try out Peanut and I *might* partition the drive to have Arch on it if I really good things about it. |
