Peanut

My friend told me that Peanut looked really cool (especially with KDE) and he really wants me to get it. He also said that Peanut was only for a 64 bit processor. I don't have a 64 just yet but I will if I get good grades this semester. I tried looking up on distrowatch to read the summary to Peanut but it didn't come up. Is Peanut only for 64's? I find it hard to believe that it is only for 64 bits but oh well. Thanks for the info.

If this doesn't work out "Arch" looks promising.

No it is not only for 64 bit. See here http://www.ibiblio.org/peanut/

Thank you.

& i'm not aware that it is only for 64 bit processors. I have an older =version on another box that is definitely 32.

and i'll agree it's the most visually interesting distros upon installation (w/ kde or enlightenment either one)

OK thanks. I'm downloading right now, I got a bit excitied and downloaded Arch .7 though. Should I delete them, let them sit, burn them, etc..?

I'll probably just let them sit for now. I'll try out Peanut and I *might* partition the drive to have Arch on it if I really good things about it.
