PDF Highlighter

I am troubling to find a PDF highlighter for Linux openSuse 10.3.. Pls help

I believe OpenSuse 10.3 comes with KDE 4. So, the okular program should be in the kdegraphics package. Have you checked it out?

xournal is quite good and should be available on opensuse.
