Really? please do note that the latest stable release is 12.3. You could mean 'factory' which is the 'unstable, get the bugs out version' but I wouldn't really advise that unless you are both experienced and prepared to go through the extra effort of actually reporting bugs and following up on their cure...that's the point. And, anyway 13.1 (there won't be a 13 or 13.0, because people used to jump to the incorrect conclusion that anything.0 was, in some way, intentionally a less polished release than anything.1 or anything.2) is scheduled for a late Nov release (IIRC), so it might be worth waiting for that.*

(13.1 RC1 is also available; essentially the same limitations described above apply
It is odd how many people used to hold quite sincerely to the belief that anything.0 was going to be a rough and ready release; it is unclear whether largely they heard this once, and then didn't try .0 releases, or whether they tried them and just went 'well, what do you expect of a .0 release' any time they had an issue, even though they had no more nor no fewer issues than they would from another release.)

Mostly I use LibreOffice to produce pdfs. Now this doesn't really 'have similar features like Adobe' (you don't say which Adobe program), it is more like 'Word, with the easy ability to shoot out your document in .pdf format'. But as one of Adobe's longest standing features seems to have been security issues, this isn't completely a bad thing. Anyway, it does what I usually want, it may or may not do anything for you, I can't really tell.

I assumed by "PDF Editor" you wanted an editor for PDF files rather than simply to create them. If you only wish to create PDF files and not modify them, then Salasi's suggestion is the one you want.

Use the software manager app, Apper, YAST and try those ideas first. It is the best way to run your OpenSuse.

Welcome to LQ by the way.
