pcmcia card driver

I have a siemens pcmcia wireless ethernet card on my laptop and i don't know how to configure it. I've tried to read through the howto files on but it makes no sense to me. I can't even find the pcmcia tarball file. I have Red hat 9 with every package installed. Any help would be appreciated.
