PCI modem problem
i have got a Apache HCF k56 pci modem
on windows its on COM3 the output of /proc/pci is: =================== Bus 1, device 10, function 0: Communication controller: PCI device 141a:1035 (Apache Micro Peripherals Inc) (rev 8). IRQ 11. I/O at 0xdff0 [0xdff7]. ===================== the output pf setserial -bg /dev/ttyS* is ========================== /dev/ttyS0 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A /dev/ttyS1 at 0x02f8 (irq = 3) is a 16550A /dev/ttyS2 at 0xdff0 (irq = 11) is a 16550A =========================== when i run kppp then it says modem is busy. i have tried some trick mentioned inLQ but nothin success what to do? thanks is advance |

Try looking here to see if it is supported in linux... if it's not there, search around for the driver you might need and get back to us.

the site has windows driver for apache modems and not for linux
