Patch Management - How to acquire and apply patches on RHEL4.4

I am running 6 servers on RHEL4.4 with oracle databases and application on HP ML370 hardware. Since initial installation, I have not applied any patch updates. I would like to start practising Patch Management and would like to know how to start and how to do it. For security reasons, I am not allowed to connect the servers to RHN or RHS hence will appreciate other options of acquiring patch updates in bundled form say on a monthly basis.
I would appreciate a step by step procedure of achieving this.

Set up an RHN Satellite Server.

Thank you very much for your response. I will go through the link with the documentation. However, I would still like to find out about other available options of acquiring and applying the patches so that I can compare and map out the best route for my situation.

Well if your clients can't connect to the RHN (internally or externally), you don't have much choice. Unless you want to manually download each patch, burn them to DVD, and place the DVD in each server?

Thank you very much. I have gone through a lot of literature concerning this issue and have decided to settle on burning downloaded patches to DVD as an interim solution to my situation. May you please help with how I can download the patches and the steps/procedures for applying the same to my servers.

1. Go to RHN web site and log in
2. Navigate to patches
3. Download
4. Burn to DVD
