Hmm.

I decided to do a little test.
I started the ssh server on my laptop.
Then I ssh'd to myself

The only option enabled in my sshd_config file is: PubkeyAuthentication yes
I have no options enable in my ssh_config file.

I was able to connect via publickey

Well, I tried that, but I'm getting the same result.
