Partitioning for Ubuntu 9.04

Hi,

I will be installing Ubuntu 9.04 on my system. My HDD is 250 GB. I have created a partition (FAT32) of 20 GB to store by backed up data after installation. C drive is empty and I will be instaliing Ubuntu on that. I will be creating a Root Partition of 50 GB, /Home partition of 160 GB and balance Swap Is this OK?

Regards
Ganesh

Why fat 32 as a backup ?
Will it work than you need to decide during in stall what Ubuntu should use for boot home and so on
Using the Advance icon give you also the possibility to install GRUB on any HD or partition
