paniclog is not zero


When I boot up I get an error about /var/log/exim4/paniclog is not zero.
I get it every time. here is the content of the file

And I strongly believe, due to this reason, my file-sysytem loads as read-only.

This is an urgent problem.
Please somebody help me.

I don' think this is the reason why your filesystem is read only
Boot from a live cd to do the changes, if the system is read only
Any pointers in the boot messages why your system is ro ?
