pango.modules path error while using Installjammer


hi
compiled pango using ./configure --prefix=/path/to/install make && make install. now the prefix path is taken by pango.modules file. i need to install pango on different paths using installjammer, now how to change paths in pango.modules file automatically (absolute path)
