Panels theme stays the same when I change themes.

I am having trouble with the panels. I can successfully change themes on everything else, but the panels seem to be stuck at one particular theme and wont change. I am a total noob, been using ubuntu (8.04 and 8.10) on an Eee 1000h (2 gig RAM) about a year. Compiz Fusion and Emerald works fine, only wish the panels would change accordingly.
Anyone who has experienced this?

Thanx!

Edit: Solved! I had another theme-switcher running that would override the other....
