Panel not running (?)


Suppose i run startx from tty, when i swith back from X to tty (ctrl.alt.1) y will always have an error message which says " **WARNING** : Panel not running"

If i run gnomeicu from a a pts/0 for example, the same message error will prompt.. any ideas?
