Package group selection for redhat 5


Hi,

I am trying to setup Redhat 5 with specific requirement, one of the requirement were install Compatibility Arch Dev Support and Compatibility Arch Support package group.

However during the installation till Package group selection, i unable to locate the package mention above. Anyone have idea where it hide or is it already been remove from Redhat 5?

It's in there somewhere, but only on x86_64 systems (within the x86 world that is). There are plenty of references to it on EL5, but I can't see a screenshot online. I presume it'd be in the list under Base System, but you can always add it later after install if need be.

Compatibility Arch Support


after install running "yum groupinstall 'Compatibility Arch Development Support'" should install it.
