Well, I love using Root-Tail and it's very helpful for monitoring my system.
Now, two questions about it.
1. I know how to set it to be one color....but look at this screenshot:

Now, that looks just like root-tail, but it's using color sorting on different columns. That would be VERY useful. I don't think that can be done with root-tail.....any idea how to do it?
2. What if I want to monitor a log on a remote server? Like the access log for a Samba server? Do I have to make an smb share and share the directory it's in? (possible security hole) or is there another way to do it? Thanks!
