The first thing you do is to spell out your words and write clearly. That text-speak garbage isn't good to try to read, and if you can't be bothered typing out a question, why should we be bothered answering it?
This question has been answered here many times...give the forums a quick search, and you'll find lots of solutions. Basically, the X server on your local client isn't set up to allow incoming connections. Do a "ps -ef | grep listen", and if you see something running with a "--nolisten", that's your X server, disallowing remote connections. Allow them, or you can try to type in "xhost +" as root, to TEMPORARILY allow incoming connections.
Also, since you're using both Oracle and RedHat enterprise, CALL THEM FOR SUPPORT
since you're paying for it.
