Since both Red Hat Enterprise and Oracle are commercial, PAY FOR products, you really should contact your sales people for either/both, and ask them. However, since RHEL 4 is absolutely NOT supported at all, in any way, loading and using it is not a good idea. Use the latest 7 release, and check Oracle's website for information about Oracle RAC.

And if you want to know about Oracle RAC, what it requires, and how it operates, please look up the documentation yourself on their website:
