Opensuse 11.0 scsi tape drive problem


Hi

Help I have a Exabyte tape robot with a IBM LTO-3 tape drive. Open suse 11.0 and a adaptec 29320 scsi controller.

The server is a dual cpu machine.

Kernel 2.6.25.20-0.1 Opensuse 11.0.

What is the actual problem you're getting??? What does it do/not do? What are you using to access the tape drive? And have you contacted the hardware manufacturer?

Based on the error, it's giving you a parity error.
