openssl og openssh?

I use a proxy server when i use Win XP and i would like to have have help to instal and setup openssl og openssh so it can work with my proxy server sertings.

openssh won't by nature, and openssl by definition. The whole point of SSL
is that no one along the line can read your web-traffic; this includes
your own server.

Cheers,
Tink
