Hi,
I've installed openoffice from slackbuild but it doesn't run. It shows the register frame and doesn't run openoffice. Any ideas?
thanks

You could call
Code:
soffice
from the commandline and find out which errormessages occur.

Why no LibreOffice AlienBob has put together a nice package here is the link for Slackware 14

slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/libreoffice/pkg/14.0/libreoffice-3.6.4-i486-1alien.txz

Here is the link for Slackware 13.37

slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/libreoffice/pkg/13.37/libreoffice-3.6.4-i486-1alien.txz

Download the packages, then navigate to the directory in which you have saved the files in your terminal and as root type
Code:
# installpkg <downloaded_file_Name>
Good luck to you.
