Opened Recent
 

I switched from kde to gnome and I see like windows on the menu there is recently opened documents.How do I go about clear this menu item as far as clearing it.Also is there a edit I could do so that it never shows the documents once i clear it.

isn't there a clear history item in the recent documents on your kmenu? there should be. but if there isn't, click your home desktop icon. in View, make sure show hidden files is selected (has a check or mark in it's box). then look in .kde/share/apps/RecentDocuments. delete everything in there.
