Open Suse 10.3 & How to install Lotus Symphony?

I just try suse 10.3 and I tried to install lotus symphony.
It seems very hard to install software in linux, compare to install in window (when I click the file, it just open Kwrite instead of run) or I missed the tricks, any help would be appreciated.

It might help if you post exact error messages. I can't really understand what your post means.

after some trial I am able to run in terminal but before finish I got this:

tzmappings: Illegal format at near line 11.
The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the installer
with the -console or -silent flag.

What should I do ?
