Open Office 3.2.1 - Instalationl Doubt

I have just installed ooo 3.2.1 in my Slackware ..I have 2 minor doubts

1. On starting an application , the welcome box shows "Openoffice 3"...Should it be 3 or 3.2.1?
2. I remember in one of my other distro no of rows in calc for 3.2.1 was around 1 Million but in slack the same calc shows only 65000 rows...This is similar to the diff between MS office 2003 and 2007...Have I downloaded a wrong version?
