ood books on learning (beginning) php, mysql, and apache in a linux enviroment?

i dont know about all 3, i read a book on mysql called simply "MySQL" which covered a lot of things, including PHP.

A book may use the acronym LAMP instead of listing each component in it's title. Any book on LAMP will cover all three being used together.
